We will continue to make difficult decisions and try to improve things. It is quite possible that the options presented to us are not ideal or appealing.
Many communities and organizations are stuck because “none the above” is not the majority’s opinion or the desire of those at the top or loudest voices.
If you aren’t willing to admit that you’re being difficult, then “none” doesn’t come with the responsibility of describing a better path.
Forward is always the best option. Let’s choose the best option.
