Two franchised pack and ship shops are about equal distances from my house.
The other has an astonishingly low 1.5 out of 5 rating. The other is rated at a shockingly low 1.5 out 5 stars.
The marketing and promotion are identical. Only the owner of the second shop is different.
He has another opportunity tomorrow to decide what attitude he will bring to the day.
