l groups well organized
Anyone who wants to have an impact on the world faces two major challenges.
We are first distracted by our desire to grow the group as large as possible. The change is important, and the idea is good. Everyone can benefit.
But that’s a mistake. A group that is too big cannot be organized or coherent.
We may blink and accept a group too small. If our group is too small to create tension, then we’re probably not making an impact.
Are you well organized? It’s the work that is done with generosity and persistence to create the conditions of deep connection.
If you are unsure, try to focus on organizing the people that you already have. Give them the tools to spread the word. Create a loop that is resilient, and becomes more powerful and organized as you grow.
Culture change is built on the right-sized groups and constant peer-to-peer organisation.
