She doesn’t have any plants.
Plants can grow on their own.
It is her job to create the conditions that will allow plants to grow.
These are the conditions: soil, water, light, weeds.
All of this will not happen if plants do not do what they want in the first instance.
It is true wherever a leader achieves success.
The hard part is creating the conditions.
