QWhen Do I Pay for Product Photography?

Updated: 3 years ago

Before starting a project most product photographers will send a detailed proposal/estimate outlining what you will receive and customers in most cases will pay a deposit of 50% of the total—unless otherwise specified by the service provider. When the provider begins your project they will send proof images of your products for your approval.

Upon approval of proof images, your provider will complete photographs of the rest of your products as specified in your contract. Once completed with the photography, your service provider will in most cases ask for a payment of the remaining amount due on the invoice prior to delivering final renders of your product photography files.
