On November 28, this company unlawfully accessed my domain hosting and WordPress account and deleted creative content that I owned and had fully paid for. This was done in retaliation over a disputed management-fee invoice. Their actions constituted unauthorized access, tampering, and interference with intellectual property. Legal action is being pursued.
The service issues began long before this incident. The campaign launch was riddled with avoidable errors: the wrong ad versions were published, formatting issues were left unresolved, and multiple content mistakes required repeated corrections. Despite these problems, the company attempted to bill for campaign management before the campaign even launched and then issued charges for two months of service even though they only actively managed a single month. To make matters worse, the campaign failed to produce even one lead.
Based on their performance, conduct, and the subsequent unauthorized access to my accounts, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
