Our advanced facilities allow us to provide expert press braking in Tividale, utilising two Pearson Press Brakes with capacities of 250 tonnes and 125 tonnes. This enables us to handle complex bending tasks with tight tolerances, whether for small components or large-scale fabrications. Alongside press braking, we offer comprehensive plate rolling and tube manipulation services, working with tubes up to 76mm in diameter and delivering precise section rolling for angle rings, flat rings, and rolled tubes.
With one of the largest plate rolling facilities in the region, we are also a preferred choice for metal bending in Rowley Regis and nearby areas. Our extensive setup includes up to 18 sets of plate rolling machines, capable of rolling metal from as little as 50mm in diameter and up to 75mm in thickness. This versatility allows us to manufacture tanks, cylinders, silos, hoppers, drums, spiral stringers, and conical frustums for a diverse range of industries.
